Tobias Gralke is conducting research and writing his doctorate at the Film University on operative images of the future in climate-adaptive urban development and works freelance in the cultural sector and in political education.
Among others, he was active at the Theater Freiburg, at the Progressive Center, in the research project “Attention Strategies of Video Activism in the Social Web” at the University of Bonn, as part of the Secret Dramaturgical Society, and as an author, stage artist, moderator, and educational consultant in self-organized groups, at schools and cultural institutions, for foundations, project sponsors, and NGOs.
He studied German Studies and Philosophy in Freiburg (B.A.), Staging of the Arts and Media in Hildesheim (M.A.) as well as Human Rights (School of Advanced Study) and Sustainable Development (SOAS) at the University of London (PG Cert). He has been pursuing a second degree in Psychology (B.Sc.) at the International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin since April 2022.
